ShanDong Guanyi Auto Parts Co., Ltd (SDGY), the Level 2 National Enterprise, was founded in 1956, the core business is developing, manufacturing and sales of piston for IC Engine with OEM market. The land area of SDGY are 50000 m2 in total, there are 200 employees in the company, 20% of them are responsible for R&D. The total revenue is over 80 million CNY, and 5% of the them are reinvested on R&D and equipment upgrading. The full range of advanced machining and inspection equipment are used in the company to secure the good quality, such as Unconventional Periphery Piston Lathes Machine, 4-axis Machining Center, X-ray detector, Spectrograph and CMM etc. SDGY also get the certificate of ISO9000, QS9000 and IATF16949:2016.

We have 11 production lines with more than 2000 kinds of piston product. The annual capacity is around 2.4 million pieces. The application we are working are passenger car, commercial vehicle, construction equipment, marine, air compressors and general engines. We can produce the piston with alfin insert, oil gallery, unconventional pin hole, bronze bushing, steel casting and forging aluminum etc. For surface treatment, we do it in house, the process we are using are tin plating, phosphating, iron printing, graphite printing and anodizing. Our current product can be used for Mercedes, BMW, VW, Audi, Toyota, Isuzu, GM, Ford and other car brand. Both OEM customers (such as Weichai Diesel, Zicai Diesel, Xincai Diesel and Chaochai Diesel) and overseas customers from Europe, US, Southeast Asia, South America and Middle East are very satisfied with our product. We get very good reputation and brand image from them after long term cooperation.
